- Income: Household income must be at least 2.5x the monthly rent.
- Identification: All applicants must provide a valid photo ID.
- Proof of Income: Applicants must provide current and verifiable proof of income.
- Rental History: Applicants must have no prior evictions.
- Landlord Debt: Applicants must have no outstanding debts owed to previous landlords.
- Vehicle History: Applicants must have no recent vehicle repossessions.
- Credit Screening: A credit check is required for all applicants.
- Background Screening: A criminal background check is required for all applicants.

All applications are subject to management approval and applicable screening criteria.
